SKC Career/Job Fair February 21, 2012
Salish Kootenai College Career Services, Student Support Services, Indigenous Math and Science Institute, and Lake County Job Service would like to extend an invitation to your organization to participate in our 2012 Career/Job Fair, Tuesday - February 21, 2012. The Career/Job Fair will take place at the Joe McDonald Health and Wellness Center (gym) from 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. The SKC Career/Job Fair is an effective and inexpensive opportunity for recruiters to meet, network, and interview-qualified applicants. This is an opportunity for representatives from local, state and national organizations to offer full and part-time employment, summer employment, internships and career opportunities. Last year we had approximately 100 employment/recruitment agencies, and over 600 potential employees register and participate in this event. Students will be able to gain insight on what employment opportunities exist and what employers are looking for in qualified candidates. We would like the chance for all our SKC students to explore job opportunities in their fields of study, as well as other areas of interest, by meeting potential employers, and visiting with representatives and this can be accomplished by participating in the 2012 Career/Job Fair. ![]()
